Terms of Service

Effective date: March 30, 2026

1. Service

Luminas provides AI-assisted client acquisition and operational support for medspas and aesthetic clinics. Final scope is governed by signed service agreement.

2. Pricing

Standard pricing is $2,000/month. Client pays ad spend and API token costs separately. No setup fee.

3. No medical or legal advice

Luminas does not provide medical advice, clinical compliance certification, or legal advice. The client is responsible for regulatory compliance.

4. Performance

Any booked-consult guarantee is subject to campaign cooperation, timely onboarding, and truthful participation. No guarantee applies outside the signed agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate onboarding information and assets
• Maintain ad budgets and platform access
• Handle internal clinic operations for booked consults

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
